    Add support actions

    Under "Help \ Support" menu, add some actions like : "Compact local databases", "Download and apply policies", "Purge recent contacts", ... Better user experience than restarting client and/or adding temporary values in notes.ini.

    Calendar Entries Should be able to change from weekly to monthly and vice versa

    Or any repeating meeting basically should be able to be edited to change the frequency without having to delete the existing one and send a new one. AA's the world over will love you for fixing this problem.

    For mail rule actions which cannot be executed on existing mails, please disabling "Run Now on Inbox" and "Run on All Documents" functions in UI
