Insert image on mail as URL and not as attachments

This would decrease the mail size especially for large images. There should be a feature wherein you can insert a URL on the mail body and once the recipient received the mail, it should display the image and not as a URL.

Paste HTTP Password

Please let us paste a password into the HTTP password field. It's a PITA to have to input generated passwords manually. ICAA-I-9 is similar but for the Notes client.

New tool to calculate the access level for a specific user per document. Like ACL function "Effective Access" calculates the DB access.

Often you have to know if a user can read or edit a particular document in the database. Now you have to search under all document fields the author or reader fields and look there, which rights the user has.
