Allow 'Disable when' formula for buttons both in forms and in action bars

Set a formula to *display* the button but make it inactive, rather than have to hide it Or worse, I currently have to have two buttons, one greyed out and only visible in, say, Read mode and the matching one in full colour, only visible in edit mode
