    Prevent a single user from opening multiple instances of the same document for editing

    If you right click a document in a Notes view and choose Edit, or use Ctrl+E, from a view then you can open multiple instances of the same document. Opening in read mode works as expected i.e. it will go to an existing open document if one exists....

    When the mail DB template upgraded to mail12.ntf, "Grouping by date" and "Message beginning" were enabled on their own.

    The users do NOT want the settings to change on their own. Before the Notes client changes the setting, it should display a confirmation message and give the user the option to enable or disable the feature.

    Standardization of printer shortcut (Ctrl+ P not Ctrl + D)

    Ctrl+D is used as the shortcut for printing (German Client), but this differs from the usual standard Ctrl+P and always causes weighing. Therefore it would make sense to use the standard shortcut (Ctlr +P)

    Advanced Document Properties: add 'reload' option

    If the information in a document is updated I now have to switch documents or re-open the advanced document properties dialog. It would be useful to have a 'reload' somewhere in that dialog.
