Automatically accept multi-party chat

Should have an option to automatically accept multi-party chat in Sametime clients.

Support authenticated proxy for APNS with the Sametime Proxy

At this moment only unauthenticated proxy for APNS is supported in the Sametime Proxy. Please make it also authenticated. For our organization, it's the only way to go.
