    Take the programmatic name when inserting a shared column

    When I insert a shared column in a view, the programmatic name is not taken over. This is particularly annoying with editable columns.

    Out of office service reply to EVERY email that is sent

    In the case of long OOO, e.g. maternity leave , OOO will answer only once that user is away. There should be an option, "send OOO reply to any email" so the user is aware that THIS person is still away.
