    mouse and keyboard into a meetings - take the control remote session

    another repeatedly requested feature; is to take control of the mouse and keyboard during a meeting if a screen is shared. This is very useful for those who adopt sametime meeting as their first problem solving IT support.

    Policy-Based Configuration and Enforcing of Meeting Modes and Settings

    Please add a policy-based control settings so that administrators can configure which users are allowed to use specific meeting settings, based on specific users and user groups. Meetings modes and settings should be configurable via policy.

    We have observed an entry in our logbook indicating a denial by MS AppLocker for the file 'notesbootstrap.dll'. The denial is likely due to the file being deny-listed. We presume that this file received a new hash and was modified within fixpack ....

    Snoozing alarms: specify time PRIOR to event, not minutes FROM NOW

    When creating alarms, it allows specifying how many minutes/hours/days before the event to give an alarm.When snoozing the alarm, it should allow the exact same designations. -dh
