Notes : Provide custom CSV import/export dialog.

We can export view to CSV , but can't needed fields only or fields which are not defined in the view. Please provide CSV export dialog for field selection. We can import csv to Notes DB using COL files, but COL file is not populer for Notes users....

Whenever the Client displays an error referring to a 'log', it should indicate where that log is to be found.

Historically, many errors, etc. could be found in the log.nsf. However, as we have embraced the new ecplise-based world, errors like the one shown should always have an "Open Log" button or the path to the referenced log file.
