Insert Attachments at top or bottom. setting feature

Files are attached in the Body, where my courser is set. Make a Setting Feature to set the Client that attachments are set at bottom or top of Body.

Ability of "Reply only once per person" in auto reply agent should work with out any field limitation.

When "Reply only once per person" used in Auto Reply agent, this works only for few days due to the field limiation. Again the user has to disable and enable the agent to work.
