Make available archiving features/capabilities on Verse On-premise

Currently the archiving features/capabilities are available only when using Notes Client or iNotes. We are implementing VOP at a customer company and the customer is asking for these features/capabilities on VOP as well.

Allow Verse clients to move the preview pane to different locations

Currently, it will only show to the right of messages. Can we add the ability to have it at the bottom?
