Add the ability to search your mail AND archive from VoP

Yesterday I had an appointment with the customer. He wants to publish VoP but the option to search "All Mail and Archive" is missing. That´s why he cannot rollout VoP for 80% of the users.

"Do not mark opened mail as read" as an option in Verse

When reading mails in Verse the mails will be marked as read which some users do not want since they want to read the mail later on the Notes client. And for this they identfiy them via unread marks. Add an option "Do not mark opened mail as read"...
