Create Index OR Enable Search option in Verse

This request is to have "Create Index" like in Notes client OR "Enable Search" option in iNotes in Verse so that users who don't use Notes / iNotes can create index for their mail file using Verse without Administrator intervention.

There is no option in Verse to copy Inbox e-mails directly to any folder. I first to go in INotes and then copying them Please, make a option to copy inbox e-mails to folder. In Verse the user can only move the mail.

Require an easy option for email account to restrict receiving any email (Notes and SMTP) without deleting account

Many times, we get request saying that user shouldn't send and receive any email. I know that we can restrict user name to appear in directory search and to send email but I need an easy option to restrict all kinds of emails.
