Mail rules view should have Creation Date, Last Enabled, Last Disabled as columns and be able to sort on them

It would be useful to be able to determine when a rule was created, when enabled, and when it was disabled. Those date/times could be added as columns in the mail rules view and be able to sort on them. thanks clem

In the iphone, using Traveler one can sync the Notes mail and Calendar. In the same way, we should plan for a new configuration in the notes client. So that we can get our Notes calendar entries to show on our macOS Calendar app(iCal).
