Get rid of configuration in local files

Lots of Sametime configurations are done in local files instead of Domino databases. This is bad to maintain! E.g configuration occurs in files like chatloggin.ini, sametime.ini etc. The better place would be to use the existing database stconfig....

Please enlarge the dropdown item. Often it is used for longer text items for selection that are not displayed fully. It should be similar as with text items to define if the dropdown is small, medium or large on terms of width.
