Databases with high utilization (e.g. for logging) tend to drag many deletion stubs around, leading to long load times and a waste of space inside the nsf file. Make it possible to store these stubs in a separate file.

Ability to sort other calendars that I have added within the Notes client

Currently, when I add a calendar, it appears immediately below the last one added. If I have 10 such calendars, it would be easier to find the one I need if were able to sort them alphabetically by first or last name.
