Open multiple instances of a database

Make it possible to open multiple tabs for a single database. For example, If we opened the mail archive database once from the workspace and opening it again it re-directs us to the opened one, doesn't open the new tab.

Search filters should offer the user a selection of values for 'Multi value fields' (Drop Down, Check Box, Select One, Select Many)
