Remove 64k limit for @Dblookup

In addition to restriction for field size, it is necessary to remove shameful restriction for data size, received by dbLookup. I so think! Periodically happens it is impossible to use too much key word in the choice of field values.

Stop toolbars from moving

I think this bug has existed since V8. If you position the toolbars to where you want them the next time you open the designer client they move back to where they were. This still happens in 9 FP10 and Notes 10.

Allow embedded views to use multiple categories instead of single category.

Could help eliminate unnecessary views in older dbs. Also allow for data types other than text and expose property to assign db to embedded view.
