Automatic run mail rule when open mail database in notes client

The mail rule in the mail database can run only on the domino server but can not run on notes client or offline mode. This is helpful for notes clients co-exist with the other mail system.

For a scheduled email with internal and external recipients, user wants different delivery time for internal and external recipients.

User has an email with delivery time scheduled. The email has internal and external recipients in it. User wants delivery should happen immediately for all the internal users. The scheduled delivery should happen only for external users.
