Improve the Install/Upgrade process

The current Install process for the Notes Client and Updates is outdated and clunky. Its time to update it to a more modern install process.

Hide "Access Control List only" groups from Select Address dialog box

After Downloading of Attachment allows user to see them in folder

Notes client dows not allow save and open containing folder. It would be nice to open folder for detached attachment, while now the user needs to navigate to the (right!) folder.

Fix "Field is too large"

Change the "Field is too large" error message to "Object Variable Not Set - <NameOfVariable>". Would save so much client,developer and admin time.
