Ability to restrict Sametime Groups

We would like to restrict users/groups in the usage of Sametime Groups. What we need is to have the ability to restrict users to only read the chats and set the access to other restricted users to send chats.

To change the staus of the user to Meeting when they initiate ST meeting

When the Meeting orignator intiates the meeting internally - as internal users will be having ST, hence there ST status to be changed to Meeting

Allow other video stream vendors

Sametime Meetings 11.5 allows users to stream YouTube-Links directly in Meetings. It would be great of other sources of video streams could be shared e.g. Vimeo, etc. In particular internal video sources for OnPrem deployments could be useful.

HCL Meetings Dial-In Information

Reply to a specific chat line as in WhatsApp

If one is chatting back and forth with another person soon the questions and replies become interlaced and unclear. In WhatsApp you can right click any line and reply to that specifically. This would be a really neat addition.

Sametime Client Softphone

We just want the Softphone functionality back. " First Party Call Control (FPCC). This feature was added late in the 9.x releases and allowed the client to be configured as a softphone". It is now deprecated.

Meetings 11.5: Persistent meeting rooms with chat history saved and reloaded if meeting room is rejoined

We are a software company and we're doing projects with customers. So this would be very useful for joint projects with external users. So if we post information in the chat and we're meeting a week later, the information will still be available

Sametime web: improve usability and funcilality of Sametime web in Browser: contextual menu

My customers wants to switch from Telegram to Sametime. But UX is lacking of functionality, or functionality are 3/4 click away, instead of right click/contextual menu for example to see who is member of a group or make actions

Checking Read Receipts

Read or Seen marks when the recipient has read sender message. (like WhatsApp or Line) In a group chat, sender would like to know the read status in the group . who have read the message or not.
