If the system is used elsewhere, it immediately goes into away state even if it is being used elsewhere, so please improve so that this does not happen.

When logged in with multiple devices, if Windows lock state is set somewhere, the device is immediately placed in away status even if it is being used elsewhere, and I would like to see improvements so that this does not happen.

Now when I want to embed a view from another 2nd database I have to select the application (2nd database) and the view I want to add. However, when working with templates the template and production db will then both refer to the same 2nd database...
