Ability to get hyperlinks from html meeting Description field to ical Description field

Description field of ical takes only the plain text description but doesn't resolve hyperlinks or contain html. The plain text meeting url in Description is needed for it to be available when exporting calendar entries.

Calender: make status of meeting participants visible

it would be nice to have an option as owner of an meeting, to allow other participants to see the actual status of the meeting inventation. Now just the owner himself can see who accepted or declined an inventation.
