Mail rules view should have Creation Date, Last Enabled, Last Disabled as columns and be able to sort on them

Choose Category popup larger and put own categories on top

The Category popup, in Calendar, is too small. When you have 10 or more own categories, you always have to scroll. You cannot stretch this popup to a larger window. Please make this this popup large enough for 20 categories and put your own on top.
