Contextual help for my own fields in the designer

Contextual help for my own fields in the designer, as in the Notes menu. When the mouse moves over the field, a help text is displayed. There is help in the status bar, but help on the field or switch would be clearer and more visible.

Default sorting order of Design elements

Default sorting order of Design elements (Forms, Views etc) should be on [last Modified Date], currently is By Name. 99 % we need to sort it again by last modification date which is annoying.
