Public C-API documentation

Notes Client and Domino Designer have many many features that are still not available with LotusScript-Methods. C-API is your friend here. But there is no available documentation for that. Pantelis Botsas

Allow Xpages without Dojo

I don't have the need for dojo integration in Xpages applications all the time. If I use the Bootstrap theme, it makes sence to use Bootstrap or JQuery controls. In general, we should be able to choose if we want to download Dojo js and css files.
