    Choose Category popup larger and put own categories on top

    The Category popup, in Calendar, is too small. When you have 10 or more own categories, you always have to scroll. You cannot stretch this popup to a larger window. Please make this this popup large enough for 20 categories and put your own on top.

    Need to influence the order of the calendars inside the Duplicate Entry, so we can see if the person we are interested in is part of the Duplicate Entry.
