Welcome page improvement for first impression

Welcome page in notes should be modernize, more customize and support in notes client, web and mobile. This will be help customer impression but every old version of notes a litle bit change for a long time.

Rich text fields: Paste images in true color rather than 16 bit color

Certainly a lot of companies use clipboard screenshots for many purposes. But those are ugly when pasted, and having to save them to a file and import them to achive true color is tedious, especially for an average user.
