show server name when Verse is in cluster

When Verse is installed in a cluster there is no way to know on which server the user is accessing the mail. This is possible in iNotes.

Add support for the Outlook version bundled with Office365

While Outlook 2016 is supported for IMSMO, the Outlook version bundled with Office365 is not. Many companies are probably not aware that the version of Outlook bundled with Office365 is not compatible with IMSMO.
