Allow a bookmark for often used applications to be pinned to the Shortcut Buttons

Staff use the available Shortcut Buttons to open mail, calendar, contacts and "Show Thumbnails". They frequently ask for the ability to pin applications that they use on a daily basis to the Shortcut Button bar.

Assign Ctrl + K for showing Link property dialog box.

Currently Ctrl + K show plain property box usually Text Property Box. In the world outside Notes, Ctrl + K is generally assigned for link. For user oepration consistency, I propose Ctrl + K shows Link Property.

Add IBM Plex Font Support to Notes
