Have an option : Always hide

At present if you always want to hide, need to make some test on unexisting variable or an AND test with impossible outcome. Just having a tickbox 'Always hide' would be so much easier

It would be very helpful if you have the choice to automatically open the option bar when composing a new mail. I'll attach a screenshot to make clear what I mean. By now you have to "activate" the option bar every single time.
