Out of office service reply to EVERY email that is sent

In the case of long OOO, e.g. maternity leave , OOO will answer only once that user is away. There should be an option, "send OOO reply to any email" so the user is aware that THIS person is still away.

View Icons default icon description change

For new aplication and view icons, the default description (hover text) is not the description of these Application icon. Make the icon description change able. Best way as option in the view column.
