All FT directories should be hidden for "Copy Application" and/or "New Application" dialogbox

When we try to create a new database or a new database copy from Notes Client and select the destination folder by clicking the "Folder" icon, *.ft directories appear if there are Full-text directories in the destination folder.

Some Customers intermittently create a new database or new database copy into the *.ft directory by mistake.

If a database is created in the FT directory of other databases, the database file is removed when recreating the full-text-index like the Server Console command "updall -x."

To prevent this misoperation, all *.ft directories should be hidden for "Copy Application" and/or "New Application" dialogbox.

Yep, there's a notes.ini setting FTBasePath to move the FT indices to a different location, out ot the Domino\Data. I guess this is what you need.

I'd think 'put all .ft directories elsewhere by default' is the right/better approach... because:
    a) if I recall right, some of the code is there
    b) excluding the .ft directories from backup is comming up often enough, too.
    c) Copying directories of databases elsewhere (Server Migration, at hock backups) ofthen don't need that part.
