Replicate command(CLI) from On-Disk-Project

Command line interface for replication between local and domino server from on-disk-project so that users do not need to use domino designer or notes client for development. In other words, this CLI support linux, or mac os developers.

Exclude nonexistent/invalid resources from xpage resource aggregation in v10, similar to how it does in R9

Enhance LS2J
