Assign Ctrl + K for showing Link property dialog box.

Currently Ctrl + K show plain property box usually Text Property Box. In the world outside Notes, Ctrl + K is generally assigned for link. For user oepration consistency, I propose Ctrl + K shows Link Property.

An option to view messages using the text/plain formatting would be ideal for those who have accessibility needs. Using the text/plain option or an option to see messages in text/plain would allow the use of their default font/size for best viewing.

Staff use the available Shortcut Buttons to open mail, calendar, contacts and "Show Thumbnails". They frequently ask for the ability to pin applications that they use on a daily basis to the Shortcut Button bar.
