Add Server, Certifier, and ID Vault IDs to a restricted place in the ID vault

The ID vault has helped recover user ID files, but the problem of losing certifiers, server IDs, and ID vault IDs remains. This could be easily solved by also storing these ID files in the ID vault and provide additional security to restrict who can access them.

Having such a feature could save countless hours reconstructing ID vaults or recertifying entire domains of users.

+1 for including certs and server ids in the vault. The vault id itself? Probably not.

Nearly every single environment I have worked with has suffered the problem of losing the ID Vault ID file. This needs to be addressed, if not in this way, then in some other way.

This will be a draw back in security. If any password can be bypassed, how can you call then Domino a secure platform.
