Short cut key definition (Ctrl + Shift + v)

In Designer 12.0.1 FP1, the short cut "Ctrl + Shift + v" will activate Form window and paste the copied text to it.

It shouldn't activate Form window and instead, the text should be pasted to the current active window.

<Steps>

1. Open a database with Designer 12.0.1 FP1.

2. For example, create new form and create action button.

3. Copy something text.

4. Activate action button window to write lotusscript.

5. Use the short cut "Ctrl + Shift + v".

6. It will activate Form window and paste the text to it as the attached screen shot.

    Customer reported this phenomenon with CS0377916,

    then this enhancement request (DDXP-I-1094) and SPR# MSAHCPQ7CB were created.

    He agreed to close CS0377916 and will wait for applying the request in the future.
