Welcome to the #dominoforever Product Ideas Forum! The place where you can submit product ideas and enhancement request. We encourage you to participate by voting on, commenting on, and creating new ideas. All new ideas will be evaluated by HCL Product Management & Engineering teams, and the next steps will be communicated. While not all submitted ideas will be executed upon, community feedback will play a key role in influencing which ideas are and when they will be implemented.

Option to stop out-of-office maintenance on selected servers
There is no real need to run the out-of-office maintenance task (every night 04:00) on servers that are not mail servers. For instance, if you have a separate archive server for user's mail archives, the o-o-o maintenance task does not need to run there. Why is it part of the router task anyway? Since the ooo-profile and the oooservice-profile are not archived, all the archive databases lack these two profile documents, resulting in the ooo-maintenance task reporting every archive database with the error "special database object not found".
