Redirect for IMAP/POP

Customer want to redirect IMAP/POP access like iNotes Redirect (iwaredir.ntf).

They have many mail servers and have a plan to enable IMAP/POP access.

However, almost users don't know own mail server address, so if there is the redirect function for IMAP/POP, administrator can tell only one server's address (it will be called as portal server) to all users for their IMAP/POP client setting.

    The protocol IMAP and POP3 do not allow to be redirected like the HTTP protocol.
    There is no way to provide this functionality other than putting a proxy server in front of the IMAP server which will forward traffic to the server that responds. You can not "redirect" the IMAP client to a different server. Closing the idea as 'no plans to implement'
