When the design task is running on servers other than the admin server, the error "Design Refresh of the database '<file name>' can only be done on its Administration server " occurs for every database having this property. This is very annoying!
I understood. In our case the "load designs" are always run in a centralized and controlled way.
It happens that the dbs generated (in our case automatically) on other servers require a maintenance of the flag in the properties before being able to do the global "load design".
For this reason it would be very useful to be able to have, optionally, a behavior different from the default one.
The reason for this flag to be enabled by default is to prevent design conflicts, e.g.. because the design task ran on multiple servers at the same time. By design only the admin server is supposed to manage the design of the database.
