I'm wondering what the business benefit would be. What would you like to do with this information?
Some of the parameter like number of accept / reject / no respond can only be retrieved by looking up the invitation response in the chairman's mail db, so this would be a time consuming task. However if we assume that all those meeting would involve a meeting room reservation, then the rest of the information is fairly easy to retrieve from the reservation db.
