    You could run agent weekly and wrap it with an if/then that allows it to proceed if the number of the Day function falls between a range for the week you have in mind.

Many tasks do not need to run on a weekly basis, to run them once per month would be enough, like fixup or compacting names (using compact -replica - restart)
