Notes agent increase more feature update ex performance, log and monitoring, schedule less than 5 minutes Merged

Notes agent increase more feature enhancement. Some customer want some real time data when another system has been update and pull data to domino data should be update too. Many customer use notes agent for integrate with another system but notes schedule is minimum schedule only 5 minutes are not met their requirement.

    If Domino worked with Kafka, this would solve this problem and any other problems of data exchange between systems. Dreams...

    Notes schedule agent take cpu and memory in domino server that cause server hang.  Customer want to schedule less than 5 minutes or real time activity.
