HCL Meetings Dial-In Information

Would like to be able to show Dial-In information for HCL Meetings inside the meeting and when creating a meeting to copy the information.

I was able to do this within our Jitsi Test environment using this tutorial: https://community.jitsi.org/t/tutorial-jitsi-jigasi-freepbx-integration-along-with-asterisk-ivr-to-use-jitsi-conference-mapper-api/48554

I already have a working IVR that works with Jitsi but just need a way for the call in information to be displayed for the users to share.

Was thinking if this was integrated into the Docker Image, it could be activated by simply specifying custom.env docker variables to specify the "dialInNumbersUrl" & "dialInConfCodeUrl".

This I believe would make it more of a full replacement of Zoom or other professional Meeting Software but at this time is missing or missing from documentation.

When using a pure Jitsi Environment, I could just integrate my FreePBX environment with a Custom IVR I setup and it worked amazingly and just modified the front end to deliver the Dial-In Information for each meeting. This was awesome and doesn't require a 3rd party for something that should be included to make it a full solution.

If HCL Meetings depends on a 3rd party to complete a task, then HCL Meetings isn't a full feature solution to replace Zoom.

I understand your ask above. At this time, we only offer telephony services via our business partner and hence the integration is done for that service. We'll look into this request for future versions.

This does not appear to exist within the product. Please change the status.

Pointing to a 3rd party vendor for paid licenses and installation does not qualify as "Already Exists."

    Hi Derek,

Please check out our Sametime 11.6 release. We now offer telephony (dial-in and dial-out) via one of our telephony partners. That should give you what you need here. Please do open a support ticket with us if you have questions about that.
