Allow attachment >15MB

Using Microsoft outlook (IMSMO), attachment in outbound messages are limited to 15 MB.
You cannot send messages that contain attachment that exceeds this limit. It is a known limitation for using Microsoft Outlook.
There is a work around proposed for these scenario that is tore files that are larger than 15 MB in a repository such as Box or Connections and link to them in messages.

    Dear admin,

I am not sure if you understand correctly. I noticed 15MB limit still exists in HTMO 3.0

WIth this limitation in place, when someone send you a mail with 16MB attachment, the Outlook will run into various problem like :

    Mail stop syncing

    Outlook local storage corruption.

Outlook will ask you repair registry, but it never works.

You have to login iNotes, sort by size in All Documents view, then delete the message over 15MB.

This was a limitation on Cloud which had been EOS in July 2020. There is no limitation with on-premise deployment
