For example, user have two accounts - one in Company A and one in Company B. Both companies affiliated, but Company A use Notes/Domino and Company B use Google Suite. User prefer using Notes for mail, but mails for different accounts shouldn't be consolidated in one mailbox. User must reply from same address which recieved mail, so user want a different Sent view (that's why 'rule for folder' is not a solution) and user want a different Reply-To internet address (+another idea - ability to select Reply-To address during composing mail, because changing locations every time when composing mail is not comfortable)
@Guest (why not create an account with your real name, that would make this more personal):
Isn't the whole idea of bringing in email from different sources to have one consolidated mailbox/inbox?
If you want them in a folder, create a rule that automatically moves anything from the POP3 account into a separate folder. Can't you use the "to" field for this?
I understood. I suggest an idea about one Inbox-Sent-Drafts-Subfolders for Notes ID account and one or more Inbox-Sent-Drafts-Subfolders set for other accounts (POP/IMAP).
This tool is a server-side tool which runs without any client. It polls IMAP/POP3 mail and is delivering them to a mail account in Domino.
Outlook + IMSMO exist too, but we talk about Notes, isn’t it?
Custom Domino applications (freeware) exists already to perform this task. see http://abdata.ch/domino-pop3-collect-add-in-task/
