Change from "Starts with" to "Containing" in Find dialog box

Using the ctrl+F to open the Find dialog box from Notes Client:

When select the "Any Column" to search, the condition is "Containing"

When select the "Subject" to search, the condition is "Starts with", it is not make sense, end users don't remember the detailed info in the Subject when searching, so pls consider to modify the condition from "Starts with" to "Containing". Thanks!

End user would like to use "Subject" to search because it is faster than use "Any Column" when there are lots of mail messages in Inbox, such as exceed 50,000.
