In notes meetings have the number of participants in the saved calendar invitation

It would be useful for Admin Assistance and other that want to know how many people are attending the meeting. As to make accommodation for refreshments, room requirements, seating at events etc..... Small change but would be useful.

That is the alternative but as you can imagine, it is not practical when there are a large number of people involved, as in my last comment, where there are 200 people invited.

How about counting the number of invitees in the "View Invitee Status" dialog? Would that work for you?

Currently, I have an invitation to approximately 200 employees for a regional BBQ event. It would be useful to know how many accept, in order to plan accordingly, without having to count one by one those who have accepted within the "View Invitee Status" option.
