Notes/Nomad should update the time for repeating meetings based on the exact scheduled time

1. Create a repeating meeting from 09:00 to 10:00.

2. Change the time for one of the instances to 10:00 to 11:00.

3. Next, select the instance scheduled from 10:00 to 11:00 and update the time to 11:00 to 12:00 for all instances of the recurring meeting.

When you do this, the following dialog will appear:
"You are rescheduling multiple instances of a repeating meeting. These instances will all be shifted by the same relative amount of time including those that have been previously rescheduled. Please be sure to review the effects of these changes. Proceed with rescheduling?"

If you click OK, one instance will be updated to 11:00 to 12:00, while the other instances will remain at 10:00 to 11:00, as the time was shifted by one hour.

I would like to request that Notes/Nomad update the time for repeating meetings based on the exact scheduled time, rather than shifting all instances by the same relative amount of time.
