configure business card photos for sametime community dynamically Merged

Recommendation is to have a business card configuration for the Sametime server similar to the configuration to the StProxy Server where we have an option to set the uri similar to the stproxyconfig settings and the server automatically find the path of a business card photo using the username supplied during lookup.

This would prevent the admin from specifying each user information in the ldap settings for photos and instead would allow the look up to automatically grab the information from ldap based on the lookup of the unique ID
