Your company has factory / sites that operates machinery. Those machines have sensors that could send alert if anomaly is detected. Those alert could be send to Domino, which could trigger the creation of a case document. Then Domino can talk to Sametime and post that case to either a new / existing Conversation Group / Chat Room. People can collaborate on the group / Chat Room and the chat history will then be posted back to Domino when the case document is closed.
That is just one small example of what integration between Sametime and Domino can look like. Yesterday on the webcast you talk about enhancing the Sametime SDK. So now the question is ... Can you enhance the existing SDK (both on Domino side and Sametime side) to cover the above uses cases ?
